Kids in groups of ten studied and brainstormed basic knowledge about "green" energy sources. They discused in smaller groups about particular energy and picked most important and interisting facts to share. They prepared touch pads from cardboard and aluminum foil, in shape of symbol - sun, wind, water, volcano.Nextthey record audiocomment using selected facts about each energy source. To envolve artistic  element of steam methodology, kids will record sounds of water, wind, earthquake and sun (using real water, and different object to collectively produce sounds of natural ellements) to the Scratch software. Then they connect cardboard-aluminium pads to makey-makey plate and via USB to computer.After this, kids came up with code, which will ad certain sound and audiocomment to selected aluminium pad and energy.This activity pad wil then speak basic facts about green energies and will produce sounds of natural ellements.This activity pad can be used as a learning accesory for smaller kids, or can be placed in the school hall, where students can freely touch each symbol and learn about renewable energy sources.
