All students have to answer to the questions:

Which activity burns more calories? Different examples were given (Walking / running, Weigh lifting / pilates, burpees / boxing, Spin class / outdoor cycling, tennis / skipping).

After this part, pupils had to count how many calories they had during the day. To compare with their activities, they have to find how long they need to practice sports and which one to burn calories.

At the end they have to propose a day of activities to find a balance for their energy (eat, drink / spend).

They use the www.health.harvard.edu section diet and weight loss.
