Students were taught different yoga positions through a funny game where each student had to pick up a position shown by a teacher. The student had to read the position at the same time with the class and then they all practiced it while they listened to the benefits of the position for the body.  Some of the positions learned were: boat pose, shoot the arrow, lotus pose, double tree pose, goddess, reed pose, camel, chair pose, double dance pose, warrior, sailing, javelin and swimming.

After these tries, it was moment of relaxing and meditation. The teacher used different instruments to feel the energies and close eyes to let the body lying on the ground.

All students enjoyed learning about yoga, about its origins, its benefits and the main benefits for the body.  By practising the basic yoga positions they not only exercised their bodies and minds, but also deepened the relation with their foreign partners as they had to cooperate and help each other. The feedback from all the students was really positive and relaxing.
